The Epic Season Academy gives you a warm, friendly cycling support group. You’re not alone on this journey. You’ll connect with like-minded cycling enthusiasts and your professional cycling coach Kevin Rokosh – all we want is to help you make sense of the latest cycling science. We’ll talk about everything cycling inside the Academy and away from the Internet trolls.
If you’ve got more ambitious goals this season, and especially if you have some intermittent work and family commitments to juggle, you’ll want at least the Epic Rider program. Since I like digging into heart rate and power file data for you, you’ll appreciate the device file reviews.
For those looking to train for top-notch improvements, the Podium Racer program is ideal. More frequent check-ins and adjustments will really help pull the watts from your legs! And that means you’ll be ripping the legs off your competition too!
